WeInk Promo

Validity: December 9 – January 31

1. Promotion Subject

WeInk establishes a series of promotions aimed at users registered on the WeInk app and artists registered on the platform, under the conditions specified in these regulations.

The promotions include:

  • Customer Promo – €10 Discount for tattoos completed on the platform
  • Artist Promo – Free platform subscription for one month

All promotions are limited in number, with availability at WeInk's exclusive discretion.

2. Definitions

User/Customer: person registered on the WeInk app who requests a tattoo.

Artist: professional tattoo artist registered and verified on WeInk.

Confirmed Appointment: appointment confirmed on the platform.

Completed Tattoo: work actually completed (and confirmed).

3. Customer Promo

Each customer can obtain a €10 discount for each tattoo booked through WeInk and subsequently completed. Appointments must be completed during the promotional period to benefit from the discount, i.e., by 01/31. The discount, applied directly by the tattoo artist at the time of tattoo payment, occurs upon fulfillment of two conditions: the booking process and the appointment take place on the WeInk platform; the actual completion of the tattoo. Availability limited to 100 total tattoos. Customers will receive communication for the actual receipt of the discount once the substantial requirements set out in 3.1 are verified.

3.1 Assignment Conditions

The discount applies if the following conditions are met:

  1. The appointment booking is made exclusively through the app.
  2. The appointment is organized in the app. A confirmation is received in the app regarding the application of the promotion to the scheduled tattoo by the admins.
  3. The tattoo is actually completed.
  4. The discount is actually applied by the artist at the time of final payment.

3.2. Limited Availability

WeInk reserves the right to:

  • set a maximum cap of 100 discounted tattoos total (or other internally established limit);
  • discontinue the promotion at any time due to availability exhaustion;
  • grant the discount only to requests deemed eligible.

3.3. Artist

For the actual delivery of the discount by WeInk, the artist must confirm the completion of the tattoo by sending a private message to "ADMIN" on the platform and/or publishing the completed work on their personal page on the platform. Upon confirmation of tattoo completion, WeInk will reimburse the €10 discount for the service provided via PayPal within and no later than 5 business days from the communication of tattoo completion. It will be the artist's responsibility to communicate payment addresses. It will also be the artist's responsibility to verify the application of the promo to the tattoo they will perform on the customer. The discount is not owed by WeInk if the artist does not apply it correctly or fails to communicate the requirements requested for verification.

4. Artist Promo

The regularly registered and verified artist applies the €10 discount to the tattoo scheduled with the customer. The artist can choose to redeem the €10 by submitting the required material for verification of tattoo completion. Alternatively, they can choose not to redeem the €10 but activate the WeInk PRO subscription worth €19 for one month in communications with the platform.

4.1 Assignment Conditions

The promo will be delivered if:

  1. The artist engages a user on the platform (through use of chat, tattoo board, or direct requests).
  2. An appointment is agreed upon through the app to which the promo is applied.
  3. The tattoo is actually completed.
  4. The artist confirms the tattoo completion via app (with a direct message to ADMIN and/or publication of the same on their page on the platform).
  5. WeInk validates the request at its sole discretion.

5. Limitations

  • The promo is recognized until the total available budget is exhausted.
  • WeInk may suspend the delivery of bonuses at any time.
  • It is not combinable with other prizes or incentives unless expressly provided.
  • The application of the promo to tattoo completion must be explicitly approved by WeInk.
  • Failure to apply the required requirements and subsequent verifications may result in non-delivery of the contribution.
  • Only one discount (€10) can be applied for each completed tattoo.

6. Anti-Fraud Controls

WeInk may, at its sole discretion:

  • refuse to pay bonuses/discounts in case of suspected irregularities;
  • verify identity and authenticity of tattoo completions;
  • request additional proof (photos, screenshots, internal chats, etc.);
  • suspend or exclude users who use multiple accounts or improper practices;
  • limit, modify, or suspend the promotion without notice.

7. Liability

WeInk is not responsible for the execution of tattoos, which are managed solely by the artist. WeInk provides only the platform.

Personal data is processed according to GDPR and official privacy policy.

Participation implies acceptance of these regulations. by the artist. WeInk only provides the platform.

9. Instagram/WeInk Requirement (Optional)

WeInk may make bonus payments conditional on the publication on Instagram of content that includes a photo of the tattoo and the tag. Proof via screenshot is required. In case of unverifiable content, WeInk may refuse payment.

WeInk may make bonus payments (discount for the customer and/or artist bonus) conditional on the publication by the customer and/or artist of content on Instagram.

0.1. Post/Story Requirements

If activated, to receive the economic benefit it is necessary to:

  • Publish a photo of the tattoo (or the creative process).
  • Tag WeInk in the content.
  • Keep the story online for at least 24 hours or leave the post visible for at least 7 days.

0.2. Verification

  • Verification may require sending screenshots through the app.
  • WeInk may refuse the benefit if the content is incomplete, removed, false, or unverifiable.

Premium Subscription Promo

Users who activate Premium during the promotional period receive: 1 free month or 50% discount on the first month. Valid only for new activations with a duration of 3 months.
